P and I went to visit our old friend Jason who went from cool urban apparel wear sales to running his own retail spot, Coat of Arms, down in the lower east side. The LES is like the mecca of cool urban apparel and if you've ever dropped names like Supreme, Alife, Supra, Money, etc you know this area pretty well. I dont usually hang out there (mostly run through it on my east side morning runs) but after last week's visit - it's definitely an area of the city that warrants a bit more exploring. We had a quick lunch at this place called San Marzano - a little trendy pizza spot J recommended on the corner of rivington and Clinton. Our fav was the chicken and pesto pizza - It was good! I was short on time but hopefully we'll go back to try their tiramisu.
